The scope of our services cover:

  • Project Implementation Planning and Development - The requirements of our clients are served through Concept Development and Project Implementation Planning, working in cooperation with leading P&M Manufacturers, Vendors and other Technical Management Companies to facilitate successful Execution, Start-up and Operation of related projects.

  • Site Engineering and Construction - TMI Engineers liaise with P&M Manufacturers to develop overall Site Engineering Design for respective projects and ensure appropriate development of Project Site and Foundation construction for the erection of Project Buildings and installation of related Plants, Machinery & Equipment. As Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractors, we also work with local Construction Companies to carryout Project Site Survey, Soil Test, Clearing & Leveling, Fencing and set-up of Project Site Offices.

  • Plants, Machinery & Equipment Procurement, Installation, On-Site Training & Start-up - To ensure successful project implementation, we consolidate Plants, Machinery and Equipment from various suppliers, which are then shipped to designated Project Site for Installation, On-site Training of Local Staff and Project Start-up, working in cooperation with Equipment Manufacturers’ representatives.

  • Plant Operations, Maintenance & Management - Expatriate Engineers are retained on contract to operate and manage our clients’ projects as well as service and maintain related Plants & Machinery for at least five (5) years, following which the local staff would have undergone extensive on the job training to fully take over the responsibilities of the Expatriate Project Managers.

To assist our clients fund the implementation of their respective projects, Techmodular cooperates with Export Finance Consulting and Business Credit Companies in satisfying requirements of Financial Institutions interested in supporting the transactions.
