Projects
1. Pre-Engineered Medical Clinic & Diagnostic Center Project: The 3,060 sq. ft. Pre-Engineered fully equipped Medical Clinic and Diagnostic Center Project will come complete with six (6) Examination Rooms, Records Room, Laboratory & Medical Diagnostic Area, Lounge Area, Receptionist and Lobby Areas, Nurses Station and three (3) Doctors Offices and Storage Room. The Medical Clinic and Diagnostic Center is ideal for rural locations where medical staff provide Doctors' consultations and dispensation of medications, as well as Laboratory and Diagnostic Testing, with capacity for a minimum of three Doctors and nine Nurses to diagnose and treat over 1,000 patients per week.
The Pre-Fabricated Medical Clinic and Diagnostic Center will be shipped in Modular Form for installation at the designated Project Site to provide a wide range of cost effective delivery of Health Care, Medical Treatment and Diagnostic Services to Screen and Treat Patients suffering from a wide range of Epidemics and other Medical Conditions. The Centers will be equipped to provide services that would include:
The HIV/AIDS, Malaria, Typhoid and Diabetes Treatment Sections of the Center will come complete with supplies of generic HIV/AIDS Antiretroviral Drugs in Capsules, Tablets and Injectables, as well as Malaria, Typhoid, Diabetes and other Medications, including Educational Materials on various diseases and prophylaxes. The Laboratory and Diagnostic Testing Facility will be equipped with Microbiological and Immunological testing equipment, including equipment to perform spectroscopy, chromatography, etc., along with basics support instruments like microscopes, optics and image analysis sets, filtration and water systems, meters and monitors, etc. The Center’s Ultrasound, Mammography, Radiography (X-rays) and EKG Services will include equipment that can be used for children, pregnant women, cancer patients, as well as men and women requiring examination relevant to their medical conditions. The Medical Clinic and Diagnostic Center will come fitted with VSAT Satellite Communication Units for Telephone and Internet Connectivity, to provide the interlink referral capability with any Medical Facility in the world from its remote location. The Medical Center will also come complete with Work Counters, Storage Cabinets, Sink with Water System, Back-up Power Generator, Air Conditioning, Exam Rooms, Lavatories and the complement of fitted Medical Equipment and Supplies. Customized Mobile Medical Trailers and Boat Clinics: Customized Mobile Medical Trailers and Boat Clinics provide a wide range of cost effective delivery of Health Care and Medical Treatments to remote locations on land and river settlements. The Medical Boat Clinics are capable of traveling through rivers and creeks to designated treatment centers, where the Boat's medical staff will attend to people at related treatment centers and neighboring villages, with treatment including doctors' consultations and dispensation of medications, with a minimum of one Doctor and four Nurses to treat up to 500 patients per week.
The Hospital Boats are available with beam widths from 16' to 22', with length varying from 55' to 100' and costs from $800,000 through $1.2 million CIF, depending on Boat Size & Specifications, Medical Equipment and Supplies. Optional Medical Equipment and Supplies:
The Mobile Medical Trailers will be designed to travel through rough terrains in an undeveloped environment. The Units can also be situated permanently within a desired community, which will enable the clinics to service patient needs in both Urban and Rural Communities. Depending on the final configuration and requirements of the buyer, the Mobile Medical Clinics will be fitted with a 20 foot body mounted on a conventional cab and or a +48 foot long Trailer pulled by a Highway Tractor.
The cost for a 24 ft. Unit is a minimum of $208,000 CIF, while a + 48 foot trailer range from $1.03 million, depending on Medical Equipment and optional facilities fitted inside the trailer Clinics. Optional Medical Equipment and Supplies:
Both Trailers and Boat Clinics will be fitted with VSAT Satellite Communication Units for Telephone and Internet Connectivity, which will provide the interlink capability with any Medical Facility in the world from their remote locations. Since the Mobile Trailers and Boat Clinics will be custom built, the purchaser and targeted end users will be required to specify the use of each Mobile Clinic, for instance a Mobile Clinic designed for HIV/AIDS/Malaria Education, Treatment and Patients’ Care.
The Mobile Trailers and Boat Clinics come complete with Work Counters, Storage Cabinets, Sinks with Water Systems, Power Generators, Air Conditioning, Exam Rooms, Lavatories and the complement of fitted Medical Equipment and Supplies as per client’s requirements. 3. Pharmaceutical Project: The Plant will be capable of manufacturing and distributing Licensed Generic Drugs and Medications for the treatment of major disease. The plant will be also produce Wound Care Accessories and mixed IV Solution Products in 500m.l. and 1-liter Plastic Bags.
