Each package comes complete with Internal Drywalls and External Stucco Wall Finish, Main Frame/Steel Structure, Bolt-Together Columns and Rafters, Bolted Roof Purlins and Ceiling Joists, Interior and Exterior Metal Studs, Low-E Radiant/Moisture Barrier Insulation Wrap, Colored Steel Roof System, Steel Wood-Grain Siding, Vented Soffit, Vented Ridge Cap, Nuts, Bolts and Screws. Windows, Inside and Outside Doors, Toilets, Baths, Insulation, Flooring, Electric Wiring, Air Conditioning Units and related Drawings are also included.

The Buildings are light weight of blocks with grid system design and ease of cutting, forming an arch, curve, installing electric and plumbing, making the system easy to use in construction. The systems’ special interlocking and grid design facilitates rapid wall erection.

    The high strength and quality of the block system eliminates time consuming gluing, taping, bracing and allows for rapid filling of the forms with minimal risk of blow out, with a complete 2000 sq ft home capable of being built from bare ground to complete dry in with roof, windows, etc., within 12-25 days.

    2. Pre-Engineered Stadiums, Grandstands and Bleachers:

    Pre-Engineered mini to medium sized Stadiums, Grandstands and Bleachers can be custom-built to clients’ requirements and for specific application, with desired seating capacity starting from 2,000 to +25,000, incorporating consideration for sightlines, spectator flow, applicable building codes and available space. The understructure designs include Clear-span, I-beam or angle frame structures, with structures fabricated from wide flange steel shapes, hot-dipped galvanized steel and anchored to concrete foundations. Optional facilities include Flood Lighting and Stadium Seating.

    The Pre-Engineered Mini-Stadiums, Grandstands and Bleachers can serve as Arenas for Soccer, Athletics (Track & Field), Open Air Conventions, Social Gatherings & Ceremonies, School Sports and a broad range of Recreational Activities. Estimated Cost: From $1.95 million through $9.75 million.

    3. Industrial Park & Business Incubation Project:

    Industrial Parks and Business Incubation (IPBI) Projects are capable of nurturing the development of entrepreneurial companies during the start-up period and provide direct and indirect business support services tailored to start-up firms. Business Incubation is recognized in both developed and developing countries as important instrument for promoting entrepreneurship.

    An IPBI can provide its incubation tenants and clients a full array of manufacturing options that could include new Product Development, Pilot Processing and Testing, Shared-Use and Contract Processing within a state-of-the-art, fully-equipped Processing Facilities as well as Business Development, Market Research, Product and Process Development, Workforce Development & Training, Manufacturing Support, Quality Assurance, Safety Assessment and Analysis.

    A typical Industrial Park and Business Incubation Center is estimated to cost from $9.75 million depending on final Equipment and Processing Plants & Machinery configuration and can be established in a 7-12 hectare site with the structure housing the project’s Incubator and Pilot Process Complex and its main Incubation Facilities to include Office Suites, Conference Rooms, Internet Cafés, Manufacturing Floor Areas, Intercom and Paging Systems, Storage Units, with facility divided into the following sections:

    • Building #1, to house Administration, where staff will provide services to clients including Business Development, Market Research, Product and Process Development, Workforce Development and Training, Regulations and Manufacturing Support, and Quality Assurance Assessment and Product Analysis.

    The Cafés will provide High-Speed Wireless Internet Satellite connectivity, each connected 24 hr/day to provide private IP addresses on a leased or shared line of up to 2Mbps in download and 512Kbps for upload.

    The Communications Café will be capable of providing Web Access, E-mail Services, Prepaid Card Pay Phones and Fax by Satellite Services. The units will be configured for network solution and will not require local ISP connectivity and come ready-made for easy deployment within each of the Digital Communications Cafés.
